This is not a secret: Rome is a really romantic city. But are you sure you know all the places where you can spend some nice time with your partner? No, we are not talking about Spanish Steps or Trevi Fountain, but about 5 “hidden gems” you must know.

Don’t panic and check our list: your love will be stronger than ever!

  • Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere

Santa Maria in Trastevere is one of the most beautiful churches in town. The square is as stunning as the church and it treasures a magic atmosphere during the night. Just go there and whisper: “I love you”.

  • Piazza Di Pietra

In front of the Temple of Hadrian, during the night, you can find a very particular light. It is often not so crowdy and for this reason it is the perfect place to canoodle a little bit.

  • Giardino degli Aranci- Garden of Oranges

A small park in the Aventine Hill which offers a wonderful view of monuments and roof tops of the Eternal City. We bet someone proposed here.

  • Lungotevere

Along the River Tiber you can enjoy some of the most spectacular views of the city. Moreover, during Summertime, it becomes full of bars, restaurants and events. We think it keeps its romantic side-you can also have a drink while flirting.
